Employee Appreciation on the Field!

It’s no secret that we’ve got some serious sports nuts on our teams across the portfolio. With football season now in full swing we thought we’d feature a few of our favorite sports related employee appreciation moments that have been shared with us. Our Experience Leaders really know how to put smiles on the faces of the fans working on our teams!

Employee Appreciation Dawg

There’s Shawn from Tuscany at Lindbergh who was happily surprised to find his office decked out with University of Georgia goodies including art, badge reel, koozie, and desk caddy!

Employee Appreciation BravesRachid, another member of the Tuscany team, was able to celebrate his becoming a US citizen in a very American way: baseball and hot dogs! Community Manager, Lauren, treated him and his son to tickets to a Braves game, a gift card to enjoy food while they’re there, plus some extra time off so they didn’t have to stress about missing the first pitch of the game!.

Employee Appreciation Chelsea

Chelsea F.C. fan, Mohamed was thanked for all his hard work at Apex West Midtown with a brand new jersey so he could represent his favorite soccer team in style!

Jose and Jaime were given a chance to see their favorite team in action: The Texans! Mollie, Community Manager at College View at the time purchased the tickets to thank the guys for continuing to do amazing work despite the brutal summer heat and humidity at the community.

Employee Appreciation M vs. H

And a recent Mexico v. Honduras soccer game gained a few new spectators in Jesus from Wilshire Place and his family. He and his kiddos are big soccer fans so as thanks for all his hard work and for a recent compliment from a grateful resident they were treated to a live game!

No matter the occasion, we love seeing our managers create amazing moments for the individuals on our teams. We’re creating loads of happy employees and families, and we can’t wait to see who’s next! Keep on wowing our employees, Experience Leaders!
