Venterra has purchased The District at Universal Boulevard Apartments, a 425-unit midrise community located in the tourism corridor in Orlando, FL!
The community has excellent walkability, with retail shops, a recreational lake and the Orange County Convention Center all close by and is centrally located between Disney World, Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport, with each of these major employment centers within an approximate 15 minute commute.
Amenities for residents include a resort style pool, state-of-the-art 2-level fitness center, business center, games room and dog park. We’re excited about making several improvements upon the existing amenity package and apartment interiors.
